What if I don’t get my money from PayPal?

Emails are sent at the middle and end of the month to keep you up to date on your winnings. Time is required to transfer winnings to you after these emails are sent, You will receive your winnings by the 10th day of the month. If you don’t receive the money that was reported in your email, you contact PayPal and ask them to look into it. They have a fabulous support team. If it isn’t resolved, contact us and we will find out what happened. You will get your money, that is a guarantee.

Am I guaranteed to win?

We would like to guarantee that you will win every time, but we can not. We encourage you to keep playing because we have won money using this system. We keep playing because we believe we will win. Having a winner’s attitude, an intention to win, and using the system increase the odds of winning.

We check our tickets to see how much we have won, not if!

What happens when Free Plays are won?

All tickets are purchased using the Play Alberta site. This is a government-hosted site for purchasing tickets online. When we win free tickets they are automatically applied to the next draw.

Why do I need PayPal and what happens if I don’t get a PayPal account?

PayPal allows people to join regardless of what country they are in. It is the safest way of transferring money and it is free to join and free for you to use. When you sign up for Winners Lotto Club if you don’t sign up for PayPal we are unable to send you your winnings. The PayPal link is on the home page. Many other companies use PayPal.

The draws are in Canada but I live in the US or Europe how can this benefit me?

When you purchase option one 6/49 or Lotto Max as long as you have a PayPal account it does not matter what country you live. We buy the tickets and share the winnings with the members through PayPal, which handles transactions world wide.
